A visual that would bring nature and the outdoors in, important to this family, is achieved using tactile organic materials like wood, stone, metal, and greenery throughout to evoke the warmth of naturals and the sophistication of cutting edge industrial design. Gray and copper wallpaper unifies the open-space kitchen and living room, as do the perfectly engineered carved wood beams on the ceiling. Painted glass cabinets are the patina of weathered copper.
