A Colorful Retreat in Miami

Set in a palm grove in the historic area of Coconut Grove, Florida, this Spanish Mediterranean house was designed for a client who wanted a home with verve and color to reflect her style, while paying homage to the vibrancy of the neighborhood.

The home, built in 1929, was awash in muted tones, from the white plaster walls to the white ceilings, giving us the perfect canvas to infuse our client’s love of color and pattern. Each room is layered with vibrant and eclectic furnishings and art, often with Moroccan and Spanish flare–a nod to the region’s historical influences.
