Larry Torno's journey in the graphic design industry spans back to 1977, where he has held roles as a designer, art director, and creative director for companies ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to Not-for-Profit organizations.
However, it was a transformative trip to Carmel, California in 2004 that ignited a new passion within him. Surrounded by the captivating works of renowned photographers such as Ansel Adams, Imogen Cunningham, and Edward Weston, as well as a friend's personal collection showcasing the beauty of the Great American West, Larry felt a profound awakening. Inspired to elevate his love for photography to the level of creative expression he found in his design work, Larry purchased a camera and embarked on a new artistic endeavor.
Today, Larry Torno's photographic portfolio serves as a captivating exploration of ideas and observations. He seeks to capture moments where the ordinary transforms into the extraordinary, unveiling unseen perspectives through his lens.
