Description
A fine mid-eighteenth century ivory based lacquered ‘toilette’ or dressing table mirror of shapely form, with tall crown. The rocaille carving is lacquered blue. The volute in gilt wood and foliate and floral decorations. The base with a net, the top with a scene lacquered in blue camaieux. The mirror glass original.
