20th Century Saint-Louis French Crystal Sculpture of a Woman Playing a Harp

An elegant decorative sculpture by Saint-Louis, the renowned French crystal manufacturer, depicting a seated female figure playing a harp. Beautifully modeled in clear crystal, the figure features delicately sculpted facial features, flowing drapery, and a graceful seated pose. The harp, rendered in a warm amber-toned crystal, provides a striking contrast to the colorless figure, highlighting the fine details of the strings, frame, and instrument. The combination of clear and colored crystal lends the composition depth, luminosity, and a refined decorative presence.

Reflecting the French tradition of fine crystal craftsmanship associated with Saint-Louis, this charming figural sculpture is an appealing example of decorative crystal artistry, suitable for display in a glass cabinet, on a console, or as part of a collection of fine French crystal. The piece is stamped underneath with the Saint-Louis mark.
