Description
Alessio Tasca (1929-2020).
Extruded ceramic abstract sculpture, Italy, 1967 ca.
In the late 1960s he starded experimenting and developing a die that allowed him to design and produce the first rectangular section works by extrusion, that were meant to be exposed at the Triennale in Milan in 1968 (among them, the "Cornovaso" that was aquired and exposed by the Victoria and Albert Museum in London in 1972).
