Javier Marin Patinated Bronze Sculptures, Signed Set of 5, Mexico
Offered for sale is a set of five (5) sculptures by the renowned artist Javier Marin (Mexico, b.1962). The sculptures feature five fantastical bronze faces with varied patinated finishes. The artist is known for exploring the forms of faces and hair to create devilishly detailed characters. They are raised upon rustic iron stands and bases. and have an ancient look. Each sculpture is signed Javier Marin on the back of the neck.
Javier Marin is well known and highly collected. His works are in museums worldwide as well as in private collections. This is an opportunity to acquire an unusual group of sculptures by the artist
