Description
A silvered bronze Poudrier "Le loup et le renard" (The wolf and the fox). by Parisian art jeweler Line Vautrin (1913-1997) circa 1940s. The square box features a relief cast of two stylized intertwined creatures sprouting out like vines. Signed LINE VAUTRIN on the reverse.

Good vintage original condition with some wear on the silver on elevated part, consistent with age and handling and renders it a mellowed patina. More wear on the base corners as expected.
