Description
Very fine William IV tea caddy with mother of pearl inlay in rosewood ground, the overall sarcophagus form, having palm fronds and foliate design inlay, the interior with two tea boxes and glass mixing bowl, and standing on turned and fluted suppressed ball feet. Probably made in India for the English market, circa 1830.
