Lovely Murano glass bird sculpture from the 1970s in Italy, attributed to Fratelli Toso. Handcrafted by the highly skilled Italian glass artists on the little island of Murano nearby Venice, this mesmerizing clear glass bird is additionally adorned by melted color threads in red, blue and green which pull backwards until the end of the arftully twisted tail. Those threads build beautiful, unusual patterns depending on the viewing angle. A truly exceptional and modern Murano animal glass sculpture. This contemporary glass bird comes in breathtaking original condition.
