19th Century Art Nouveau Thonet Chairs by M. Kammerer, Set of 4, AT circa 1910

$ 5,950
  • Description
    Fantastic set of four early 20th centuryThonet dining chairs from the Art Nouveau period in Austria around 1910. These unique Vienesse secession chairs sprang from the pen of none other than the famous Austrian architect Marcel Kammerer, who designed these chairs for the world famous company of Thonet. Made of fine bentwood (=beechwood formed under hot steam and high pressure) and trimmed to this renowed mahogany tone, these impressive Art Nouveau chairs were newly upholstered in a nice green alcantara during the restoration process.
    PLEASE NOTE: These chairs would perfectly match to another Marcel Kammerer masterpiece in our collection: the amazing Thonet Salon Suite - Ref: LU1553244983352.
