George V sterling silver figural place card holders. Made by William Suckling, Ltd in Birmingham in 1931 Each: Cast canine figure with plain silhouette back mounted to oval base. Each dog different as they are in real life. For a special “pack” night with a few close friends. In leather-bound case with fitted velvet and silk lining with gilt retailer’s stamp (“Jewellers / Nathan & Co / Birmingham”). Very good condition.

Tallest: H 1 1/8 x W 1 5/8 x D 1 1/4 in. Case: H 3 x W 7 7/8 x D 3 1/2 in. Total weight (silver only): 2.6 troy ounces. #BY930
