Futurist Art Deco Ceramic Centerpiece Bowl by Deruta, 1930, Italy

On offer for your consideration we have a fabulous Italian futurist ceramic centerpiece bowl.
This Futurist Art Deco piece was made by Deruta in the province of Perugia between 1925-1930. The bowl is decorated with 4 mermaids in the center with 2 sailboats on the outside, all done i black with green and orange concentric circles and a ring handle on either end in black with a white cross hatching.
The ceramic is clearly marked Deruta Italy.
Italian futurist ceramics are very difficult to find, especially decorated in this manner.
