Description
Beautiful large and complete set of Mid Century Modern 22k gold hand painted barware in the iconic Shoji pattern made by the Imperial Glass Company in the 1960s. This exceptional set is the only available of its kind globally and is free from defects or wear. The set is a complete fast forward for any collector or admirer - we've done all the work for you. Our shop curated the set over the years, carefully selecting only the best pieces and combining them to form the complete set now before you. Most pieces were placed in étagères for decorative purposes and never used thereby maintaining "like new" condition for the last 55 plus years.
The set includes 8 Whisky Glasses, 8 Rocks Glasses, 8 Highball Cocktail Glasses, a large Cocktail Mixer and spoon, a decorative Vase, and a Hospitality Bowl that may be used as a vase, candy bowl or ice bowl. This is the most highly regarded and sought after Mid Century vintage barware/glassware line by any manufacturer, bar none. The quality of the glass and hand painted gold is unsurpassed. The shoji screen trellis pattern is raised/embossed for a unique texture and vintage swag. You'll feel the trellis pattern when holding the each of the pieces which adds a layer of detail and quality not found in any other barware line. The raised trellis pattern was then hand painted with 22-karat gold. Cocktails just taste and look better when served in this set. Certainly adds "wow factor" to any cocktail party, meet up or special date. The most glamorous of all, without a doubt.
