Lino Sabattini (1925-2016) for Christofle Bottle Holder in Silver Plated Metal, France, Mid 20th Century.
This bottle holder in braided silver plated metal is one of the most famous and recognizable pieces made by the famous French silver house Christofle. Designed by Italian artist Lino Sabattini somewhere in the 1960s, it is both classical and modern in appearance - a true sign of timelessness.
A great and very stylish piece for your table setting. Holds one normal sized wine bottle.
