Collectible Iconic Mid-Century Modern solid heavy cast bronze dish with lid . Has a verdigris patina and hand enamelled inside designed by Hungarian designer Maurice Ascalon and produced by Pal-Bell, Tel Aviv, Israel, 1939-1956. Made in Israel.
The verdigris patina on the bronze brass creates a beautiful antique finish, adding depth and character to the piece. PAL-BELL is known for its high-quality and distinctive designs, and this storage box is an excellent example of their craftsmanship.
