Description
Minton Majolica dish which features a boat with a boy sitting on the back, steering the rudder. A woman's bust figurehead at the front of the boat. Colouration: brown, green, turquoise, are predominant. The piece bears maker's marks for the Minton pottery. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1863.
