Description
Set of four fondue forks by Werkstätte Carl Auböck, stainless steel with riveted wooden handles, preserved in the original cardboard box. The long, slender forks feature two narrow prongs and tapered blades. The simple construction, visible rivets, and elongated proportions give the pieces a restrained, utilitarian character associated with mid-century European dining culture. Marked AMBOSS AUSTRIA – Rostfrei Stainless on the blades; light wear consistent with age, box with minor damage and discoloration.Carl Auböck Set of 4 Fondue Forks, Austria 1960s. The measurements given apply to one fork. The box is 25.5 cm wide, 2cm deep and 7.5 cm high.
