One of a kind organic modern petrified wood sink in absolute top quality. This unique single "stone" sink impresses with its extraordinary shape and fantastic patterns in different beautiful brown,beige and yellow tones. The inside of the sink comes with a amazing looking polished surface while the outside impresses with its rough petrified natural look. Petrification is the result of a tree having been replaced by stone via a mineralization process that often includes permineralization and replacement. The organic materials making up cell walls have been replicated with minerals. Unlike other plant fossils, which are typically impressions or compressions, petrified wood is a three-dimensional representation of the original organic material which took millions of years to built
