This is one of his earliest works, as his gallery shows began in 1994. Victor Rodriguez is Brooklyn, NY artist. This large, unframed oil on canvas is Classic Surrealist, and is signed and dated on the back of the canvas.
Victor is considered to be the leader of the new generation of hyperrealist artists.
