Mouth-watering peaches, red and yellow grapes are overflowing from a wicker basket with large handle, that has tipped over a tabletop. The fruits, which are receiving a strong light from the front, are standing out beautifully on the dark background. Signed lower right, this painting is set inside a gilt frame.
