Impressionist style oil painting on panel of the Port de Nice with a view of the Église Notre-Dame du Port de Nice by Russian-French artist André Petroff. Unsigned. Wood carved frame, parcel gilt, with an affixed artist plate.

André Petroff was a Russian artist who worked on the French Riviera. In 1909-1914 he studied at the Drawing School of the Society for the Encouragement of Arts and graduated from the course with a gold medal.
