Antique Italian painting from the 17th century. Oil on canvas, first canvas, painting depicting a subject of sacred art, Christ and the Samaritan woman at the well, of excellent pictorial quality. Antique carved and gilded wooden frame, bronze tint, in a beautiful patina with some signs of aging, pleasant decoration (see photo). Painting that develops vertically, of beautiful size and proportion, ideal for placing in a living room or study, for antique dealers and interior designers. Interesting perspective used by the painter who places the two protagonists on the sides, the well in the center with a glimpse and view of the city in the background (see photo). Artwork that has undergone a light conservative restoration and color recovery in small spots (see photo). Given the age, in good state of conservation with some signs of aging. Interior size H 108 x W 95 cm.
