    16” x 23 ½”, 22 ½” x 30” with frame.
    Over-all in great condition, minor touch-ups in sky.
    One of America’s best known and prolific painters of marine art, Antonio Jacobsen created over 6,000 ship portraits in the New York Harbor between 1876-1919. After studying at the Royal Academy of Design in Copenhagen, he emigrated to New York in 1871.
