Description
Ernest Hamlin Baker is one of America's greatest artist that no one has ever heard of. Take a look at his full body of work. If you haven't noticed, Ernest Hamlin Baker is an exceptional intellectual and creative force. His work rivals the meticulous art of Andrew Wyeth and exceeds that of Lucian Freud. Not only is he a transcendent portraitist but a great graphic designer as well. Art history is not a precise art. It leaves out many great talents. Today art celebrates mostly talentless hack copycat plagiarists who do student work. Where have you gone Ernest Hamlin Baker?
The work is Matted but not framed Condition is excellent , Board measures 13.5 x 12.5 inches. -
