“Voilier en Bretagne” or “Sailboat in Brittany” is an oil painting on a wooden panel by the French artist, Eugene Jacquet. Signed by the artist lower right. Circa 1880. Condition is very good. The painting is housed in a ebonized wood with ornate gold trim frame in fine condition. Overall framed measurements are 9.25 by 13.25. Provenance: A Brooklyn, New York collector.

Eugene Jacquet was a French marine artist born in 1844 and died in 1893.
