Description
A fairytale of sorts, the Piper of Dreams lures the viewer into her world of inner landscape. An abstracted forest disappears into the background whilst the flowers in the foreground are waking up and paying attention to the piper as she plays her tune. Ochre’s compliment prussian blue in the palette and is uplifted by the light crimson foreground and red of the figures clothing.

Francesca Owen is an award winning artist who trained at the prestigious Slade School of Fine Art in London and completed an MA at Falmouth University.
Francesca has worked with both UK and International galleries, exhibiting paintings and installation, giving talks and courses on landscape painting, pigments and dyes.
Francesca has exhibited work in SE Asia, London, Devon and Cornwall.
