Painted By Noted Chinese Artist Heshi Yu Born In Shandong,China in 1935.,He Studied Art At National Taiwan Normal University And Graduated .In 1953 he Traveled to France To Further His Studies At L'Ecole Nationale Superieure Des Beaux-Arts in Paris. He Moved To New York in 1968 And Devoted Himself To Painting. A Work Of The 1970's Was Selected For Lincoln Center For the Celebration of The Bicentennial 1976 Of America
    This Painting Is Painted in The 1970's and Is Etched within The Oil Paint Creating Depth and Perspective. Both Modernist and Oriental With Figures Fishing In a Highly Complex and Detailed Mid Century City That Is Delightfully Colored And Skillfully Hued.
