Artist Biography:
Jonathan Adams has been producing museum standard hand painted copies of fine oil paintings since the mid 1980s. All the materials he uses,canvas or panel, mediums, paint, stretchers and frames are of the finest quality and there are no short cuts or artificial processes used. By 1990 he was exhibiting copies at a prestigious gallery in Dover St, London, with Susy Ray, then one of Britain's foremost copyists. He copies, among others, Rembrandt, de Heem and George Stubbs. - More Information
