Raymond Guerrier , French (1920-2002). Abstract still life , "Dorade Bleue" , oil on canvas by French artist Raymond Guerrier . Signed : Guerrier at the bottom left. France: circa 1960. A self taught artist, he was very much influenced by George Braque, he won the "prix de la jeune peinture" in 1953 and his work is part of the collection of many museums (M.N.A.M of Paris, Musée Réatu in Arles, Musée Cantini of Marseilles, Museum of Tokyo, Museum of Saint-Louis etc…).
