Over-all in excellent condition, retaining the original carved giltwood frame.
Family history identifies the homestead depicted in South Egremont, Massachusetts.
This large-scale bucolic painting depicting a house with livestock in the foreground and figures beside a horse and carriage is further complimented with a view of rolling hills and a lake with a luminist sky.
