A vintage gelatin silver photographic print by American photographer Ralph Gibson (1939-)
Untitled, the photograph depicts an antique stone female statue from the back showing the torso and skirted behinds with an aged crack line. The sculpture is set against a black background, creating a wonderful contrast in tones. Hand signed in ink by the artist and dated to 1986 on the lower margin.
Unframed and unmatted.
The size of the image is 12" w x 17.75" h; the size of the sheet is 16" w x 20" h.
