The current work, Yo Yo, is rendered by a pioneering Feminist Female Illustrator a trailblazer and friend and roommate of Gloria Steinem.
"Yo Yo", 1967, signed and dated lower right, inscribed "For Mary Ann & Grace"; and Four Women, signed lower right and inscribed "For Mary Ann, Happy Birthday, Love Gloria and Barbara". Catalog Note: Gloria is likely Gloria Steinem, who was the artist's roommate in the 1960s, when the work was probably made. Unframed -
