    A tall silk-upholstered Art Nouveau period fireplace screen, for shielding a hearth when not in use. Its mahogany frame is intricately carved, stretchered with diagonal fretwork, and inlaid with satinwood and ebony. An inlay medallion at the centre of the frame's crest, is the head of a woman with long black ebony hair; surrounded by a sunburst and foliate side scrolls.

Open Thursday through Monday from 11:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and on Tuesday and Wednesday by appointment.
