Description
A handsome, slightly bowed front buffet from 19th century France! Made from beautiful solid oak that has been polished with French wax to revive the richness of the wood. The top is shaped according to the bowing of the front with squared off front corners. Two bowed doors with raised shaped panels unlock to reveal two adjustable shelves on the interior. Steel barrel hinges support the sizable doors. Below the doors, a nicely scalloped apron continues to escargot feet. A warm patina envelopes the whole. Great behind a sofa or in a dining room! Make sure to view the detailed images for a closer look.
