Description
Splendid early antique Gustavian style secretary cabinet made in Sweden circa late 19th century. This rustic cabinet retains its historic paint--a soft blue faded beautifully with age. Fold-down desk features eight pigeonhole cubby with distressed, faded black paint. Single file drawer is appointed with brass Lion escutcheon. Carved cabinet doors reveal ample shelving for storage within. This case piece is in wonderful condition, with some minor paint restoration.
