This stunning Mid Century Modern cabinet was realized by the illustrious designer Renzo Rutili in Italy circa 1950. It features two volumetric rectangular ebonzed walnut bodies that adjoin to create a single elongated form replete with teardrop form bronze pulls. The cabinet offers four drawers that open to reveal two spacious interior compartments offering a wealth of storage possibilities. Subtly inspired by Asian design filtered through the prism of Italian modernism, this piece is as sophisticated as it is versatile. Its clean modernist lines and refined color palate ensure that it would be a winning addition to any style of interior from classic Mid Century Modern to contemporary. It has been newly restored to mint condition.
