Description
Originally designed in the 1950s by American of Martinsville as the smaller 'chest-on-chest' component to sit atop the corresponding sideboard, this piece can be used to hold smaller linens, napkin rings, and silverware. However, its more practical, contemporary application is as a jewelry cabinet.
Composed of a bleached mahogany frame with aluminum pulls and hour-glass feet. There are two small drawers above a divided low drawer with the original felt.
Scarcely seen in this original finish / condition. There are minor losses to the edges and a light scuff to the top, as photographed. Overall, in good, vintage condition.
Depth when closed: 11"
Depth with drawers out: 19.5". -
