1950s Opaline Glass Pendants by Alf Svensson for Bergboms Belysning. Executed in opaline glass with black cloth cord and polished brass ceiling canopy. A lyrical and elegant Scandinavian modern design with a sculptural form characteristic of the most refined work of the era.

Price is per item. 3 lamps available. Glass measures 6 inches in diameter by 7 inches in height.

Alf Svensson was one of the most sculptural lighting designers of the midcentury era. His beautiful designs have been long sought after by discerning collectors.

Professionally rewired for US electrical with new cloth cord and new socket with custom period styled brass canopy for hardwiring over a standard American j-box. Each pendant accommodates 1x 60W equivalent standard medium base (e26) LED bulb. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from an authorized 3rd party vendor for an additional fee.
