Description
A decorative and lovely floral Mille fiori multicolor flush mount chandelier / ceiling lamp from the 1960s, handmade in Murano, Venice, Italy. This Venetian beauty has a diameter of 18" and features a bowl-shaped, white-painted metal wire basket entirely covered with overlapping handblown Murano glass flowers. The blossoms are executed in clear glass and clear glass with gold inclusions, creating a refined play of light and texture. Each bloom is finished with a small multicolored knob at its center, in delicate pastel shades — a subtle yet distinctive detail that enhances the composition. The fixture contains three light sources and will be rewired to meet the electrical standards of the buyer’s region (E26 for the US or E27 for Europe). In very good original condition, fully functional and without damage. A beautiful well-preserved example of mid-century Murano craftsmanship, offering a soft, diffused light. Diameter 18", height 6“.
