Contemporary French chandelier crafted in plaster, featuring a large sculptural shade with a fluid, organic silhouette.
The plaster body is shaped into a series of soft radiating folds, creating an undulating surface reminiscent of a flower, shell or draped fabric. Its irregular scalloped edge reinforces the handcrafted character of the piece, while the matte, subtly textured plaster finish beautifully catches and diffuses the light.
The chandelier is suspended from three natural twisted cords, gathered beneath a matching plaster ceiling canopy. A single light source is positioned at the center of the shade, producing a warm indirect glow that emphasizes the depth and relief of its sculptural form.
