Monumental Daniel Becker 'Emily 7' chandelier in black gray with black oak frame. Designed by Berlin luminary Daniel Becker and handmade to order using modern and midcentury manufacturing techniques, the Emily Series won the prestigious German Design Award 2019. The high-quality sheet steel shades are cut, bent, formed, welded, and sanded by hand in a complex process to build natural, organic shapes before they are painted semi-matte black gray and fitted with opaline PMMA diffusers. Then they are arranged in mobile-like fashion around a sculptural frame of waxed black painted oak timber.

Wired for US electrical, each shade accommodates a single e26 medium base 75-watt max. LED equivalent bulb (lower with incandescent). Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from an authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee.
