This exquisite Art Deco Molded & Frosted Glass Pendant Chandelier W/Relief Detailing signed Daum originates from France, Circa 1925. This piece is a quintessential example of Art Deco design, showcasing the impeccable craftsmanship and artistic innovation of the period.
The chandelier features beautifully molded and frosted glass elements, exuding a soft, ethereal glow that adds a touch of sophistication to any room. The frosted glass subtly diffuses light, creating an inviting and ambient atmosphere. Each glass piece is meticulously crafted with stunning proportions, displaying intricate relief detailing that captures the geometric and stylized motifs characteristic of the Art Deco era.
The body of the Chandelier features three stacked tiers of glass, suspended by a rod which leads to the glass canopy.
Signed by the renowned French glassmaker Daum, this chandelier embodies the reserved luxury associated with their name. Established in the late 19th century, Daum is celebrated for their exceptional glass art, which combines creativity with precision and the highest quality materials. The signature affirms the authenticity and superior quality of this remarkable piece. Newly rewired to American Standards with a height that can be adjusted to suit, this piece accommodates 6 candelabra base bulbs achieving up to 360 watts of light. In Excellent Vintage Condition.
