Description
A rare pair of bronze and glass wall sconces by A. Brotto for Esperia, Italy, circa 1960. Decorative art at its best for the 20th century environment. These brilliant orange, yellow and white rimmed design in the center of each glass piece [two for each wall sconce], make displaying the brass surrounding and supporting rectangular rims look playful as well as decorative. In shipping, one of the glass pieces needs professional glue to retain the glass shape. It is a clean break and with bonding, it will never show in the design. Brass mountings are solid as well as decorative.
