Description
Sculptural brass lotus flower lamp by Feldman Lighting Company often described as in the style of Tommi Parzinger. When originally sold, Feldman lotus lamps were customized to the buyer’s taste – one could select the number of branches and leaves/buds, etc. This particular lamp features a lotus flower, 2 branches with leaves and one branch with a pod. A feature we especially appreciate about Feldman’s lotus lamps and other pieces – such as their lotus candle holders and pendants – is that the branches can unscrew easily and you can mix and match them to create a brand new look in the same way you would put together a floral bouquet. You can also unscrew the leaves and other end pieces and place them on different branches. The lamp was professionally polished and lacquered to retain the brass at its current shine, as well as professionally rewired.
A most alluring, seductive glow emanates from the brass and shows exquisitely well with a black lamp shade. We’ve always pictured this lamp glowing atop a beautiful console in an elegant entry. But in any room, this lamp will be a show stopper that you’ll notice and admire each time you gaze upon it. -
