A French Napoléon III period painted tôle two-light table lamp from the mid 19th century, with cherub and rose motifs. Created in France at the beginning of Emperor Napoléon III's reign, this lamp features an oval painted tôle shade adorned with cherubs in cartouches surrounded by garlands accented with pink roses. Showcasing two scrolling arms supporting the bobèches and candle sleeves, the lamp is resting on circular base. With its elegant lines and décor, this US-wired Napoléon III tôle lamp circa 1850 will be a great addition to any chest, table top or bedside table.
