Description
For sale are two pairs (4 in total) of sconces. Priced per pair. Made in the 1930′s by G.E.C., the UK division of the American electrical giant G.E.. Chrome and Copper plate on brass this amazing suite of lighting has been fully restored throughout, fully dismantled and replated to the highest standards at great cost, reassembled and fully rewired to current safety standards, I retained the original signed GEC lamp holders bulb sockets on the chandelier and all four wall lights. The shades are frosted glass cylinders and are all in perfect condition totally free from any damages or repairs. This beautiful suite of lighting needs nothing and would make a fantastic addition to your art deco streamline modernist mid-century home, don’t miss this chance of a lifetime. Ceiling light lustre and four matching sconces wall lights appliques. Very reminiscent of designs by Von Nessen, Dorwin Teague, Perzel, Desny, Adnet etc.
