Description
Herman Bergman signed, Swedish Art Deco (Swedish Grace) polished brass column lamp. The lamp has been newly re-polished and lacquered, re-wired with a "S" shaped double standard sockets cluster. The lamp’s shade is the original frame with new paper. A sphere raised from the base has several human figures in relief, the base consist of a solid brass disk which is signed by the Bergman foundry, below that a lacquered wood base. The Herman Bergman foundry has produce casting for many of Sweden's finest artist's work since the late 19th century including Carl Milles.
