Italian Baltic Style Beaded Chandelier
-
Description
This is a superb example of Italian creativity and craftsmanship. The chandelier derives its form from Classic Baltic/Swedish Chandeliers of the 19th century, but it has been given a 20th century Italian twist with the addition of multi-swags of macaroni beads and gilt tole leaves. The chandelier retains all of its original beading, with a couple of faceted drops being replacements. The wiring has been professionally checked and is in good condition. The original gilt ceiling cap is also present.
