Description
Italian Empire crystal beaded and gilt-tole chandelier with seven lights (six arms and one central light). Created circa 1820-1839 in the Genoa region of Italy. Mostly original and newly wired for use within the USA using UL listed parts. Crystal bobeche cups are later than the chandelier (probable replacements for original broken cups) and are marked "Baccarat." Extra chain is included, but the listed height does not include this chain. Also included is a vintage gilded canopy.

Origin: Italy Period: 19th Century Materials: Gilt tole and iron, crystal, cut glass and wire Condition: Good. Newly wired for use within the USA using UL listed parts. Seven candelabra-size sockets (six arms and one central). Extra chain and canopy (not included in listed height). Some replaced crystals over decades, but most original or early.
